How do I qualify to have a wholesale login?

You must have a retail store or a registered business address

How do I know what brands I can have in my territory?

Once you sign up, register an account and receive your wholesale login, you will be sent an email from Halation Agency that advises you on what brands are available to you in your area. This will have been crossed checked by your suburb.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is set our per brand and can be seen on the policies section of the website. Some brands have minimum quality per product that will be shown on the drop-down menu when you enter your units into the shopping cart

If I place my order now, when will I receive it?

All brands ship separately, and each brand uses unique couriers. The costs will be featured on your invoice. If you have a question about delivery time for a specific brand, please contact us. Otherwise, expect your delivery 1 – 7 days after payment is received.

How do I make payment?

Payment is made to the brand directly after receiving an invoice. The Halation Health website will create sales orders per brand, from your shopping cart and send to the brand to be invoiced.

Alternatively, you can enter your credit card details at check out so that the brand can process the payment at time of receiving your order and finalise it the same day.

What types of payment do you accept?

The preferred payment method differs for each brand, the available payment methods will be confirmed at the point of invoice. Most commonly the brands will accept EFT and All credit cards excluding AMEX. You can also leave your Credit card details on when you submit the order 

What if I change my mind?

You have 48 hours from the invoice date to change your mind in writing.

What if I want to see the brand in person?

We have all samples and offer showings at our Halation Agency showroom located at 3B, 55 Mentmore Ave Rosebery. We do not carry stock here, only samples to view and test. When restrictions are lifted we will resume traveling to Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane & Melbourne regularly. See our calendar here: http://halationagency.com/events/

What if I want to try the product before I purchase?

You can review and try all products at our Rosebery Showroom in Sydney. Office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, however we can accomodate early or after hours appointments on request. If you are based in NSW we can also come to your store if preferred.

Also, if you are based in South QLD or Northern NSW, we have have a full time agent based QLD with a set of samples available to do in store showings. Please contact sales@halationhealth.com

Alternatively, please have a look at our Sample Packs section. Certain brands have created “testers” packs that you can buy to try the products.

What is a starter pack?

On each brands page you will find a suggested ‘Starter Pack’.

This was made to to make ordering easier for busy buyers like you. We created these as we often have customers asking us to create an order for them meeting the minimum requirements inclusive of best sellers and displays. Just make me up an order with a display that is minimum order and of the best seller.

Many of our buyers like to buy the starter pack as an easy way to start with a brand.

How do I feature my brand on the website

Please contact christina@halationagenc.com with a Look book, Price list, and any selling collateral to review. We love meeting new brands that are in line with our values!

How do I unsubscribe from your email list

If you receive an email from Halation Health, and that brand is not right or relevant to your store, you can unsubscribe using the link “unsubscribe” at the very bottom of the email.

Please note we always have two unsubscribe options. One from the particular brand we have emailed you about and one from All Halation Health newsletter emails.

Alternatively you can also reply to the sales manager who will ensure you are taken off the list. Please note that this will only take you of that particular brand’s newsletter.

If you would like to be removed from all Halation Health emails, please contact info@halationagency.com who will remove you from all lists.
